Open to all Secondary School Students using the Malaysian Education Syllabus.  Essay submission from 6 July 2014 to 8 August 2014.  Attractive Cash, Certificate, Trophy and Sunway Bursary (applicable for Sunway College KL, Bandar Sunway only) are on offer as prizes.  Organised by the Sunway Group, Oxford & Cambridge Society Malaysia, Jeffrey Cheah Foundation, Sunway University and Monash University Malaysia.

Registration is open for both the July and August 2014 Intakes.  Enrolment is currently in progress for the CAT-ACCA and FIA programmes for the July 2014 Intake and the Diploma programmes for the upcoming August 2014 Intake.  Intake Orientation Programme is scheduled on 4 July 2014 and 8 August 2014 respectively.

The event will be organised on 17 to 22 August 2014 at Sunway University.  The "Leadership and Innovation in the 21st Century" workshop, supported by Harvard University Asia Center, is an opportunity for all young professionals, leaders and students to learn from Harvard-trained facilitators and esteemed leaders. 

The Jeffrey Cheah Foundation - established in March 2010 and which replaced the Sunway Education Trust Fund set up in 1997 - has projected that the total scholarships to be awarded for the year 2014 is estimated to be over RM33 million to more than 3,500 students.  This would bring the total scholarships awarded to-date to be in excess of RM165 million to more than 19,500 deserving students.

Congratulations to our Pro Chancellor of Sunway University and Trustee of Jeffrey Cheah Foundation, YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Razman M. Hashim on being conferred the title of 'Tan Sri' on 7 June 2014.

We are proud to announce that Sunway College Ipoh has been awarded with a Platinum Approved Learning Partner (ALP) status - the one and only institution in Perak - by ACCA, in recognition of the exceptional quality learning provision and support for ACCA students.

Congratulations to the team for the hardwork and effort on this high achievement and looking ahead to develop this partnership through the ALP programme further in the future.

Our deepest condolences to Her Majesty Tuanku Bainun, His Royal Highness Raja Muda Raja Nazrin Shah, the family of His Majesty the late Sultan Azlan Shah and the people of Perak on the passing of the much loved and greatly respected Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah.

The normal Library Operating Hours are extended to 7.00 pm on Weekdays for the period of 5 May 2014 to 10 June 2014 to cater for examination preparation.
