1. ASSISTANT MANAGER – FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION
Responsibilities: Handle and supervise finance, human resource, administration, and procurement matters and ensure integrity of financial information. Responsible for financial planning, budgeting and business plan. Review financial results and capital expenditure as well as ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements / corporate governance. Implement and review policies, standard operating procedures as well as implement financial system and evaluate new business plans. Liaise with bankers, authorities, professional parties, vendors, suppliers, tenants and any other relevant parties to ensure operations effectiveness and efficiencies.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Possess strong leadership skills to lead a team. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with good organizational skill. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Education Management System (EMS) would be an added advantage.
2. EXECUTIVE - MARKETING
Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing and coordinating marketing programmes for the College. Carry out promotions and activities with the objectives to increase public awareness and sales of Company’s product. Identify marketing opportunities as well as create new market to achieve the Company’s business objectives. Perform market research and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a recognised Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business or in related field. Experience in organising marketing and promotional activities would be an added advantage. Competent in planning, coordinating, presentation and time management skills. Competent in Microsoft Office applications. Enjoy working with students and parents, complemented by good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to write and speak in Mandarin an added advantage. Willing to travel and possess own car.

Requirements:

Professional/industry experience is a pre-requisite. 4. LECTURER – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field. Preference will be given to Masters holders Candidates who are able to teach Advanced Visual Basic, Visual Basic Programming, Managing Internet System, Computer Forensic (Essential), Programming C++ and Programming in Java would have an added advantage Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. Professional/industry experience is a pre-requisite Self motivated, able to work independently, team player and strive for excellent commitment Open minded, committed and proactive Possess a passion for teaching and caring towards young adults
