Sunway College Johor Bahru has put together an exhilarating experience of learning English during the school break. Especially for students aged 14 to 16 years, the Vacation English Programme is designed to help you brush up on your English language skills while having a blast.


The 4-week programme which comprises of a fine blend of grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading and writing skills carries the main responsibility of inculcating the love of English in these students to cushion them as they prepare for college or working life.

Coordinator of the English Department at Sunway College Johor Bahru, Abigail Chin states the importance of injecting the aspect of fun into learning. “We concentrate on making sure that our students have an enjoyable, focused and positive experience,” she said.

Students will find the programme packed with an assortment of learning delights including the thrilling world of drama and role play, enlivening language games, sensational song sessions and energetic outdoor activities. Students will also be treated to the splendor of a campus lifestyle at Sunway College Johor Bahru via a Campus Tour.

Part of Sunway College Johor Bahru’s mission statement is to provide courses that are relevant to the needs of the world, and the Vacation English Programme was crafted inline with the fact that English language is the lingua franca of the world we live in today. “We understand the importance of equipping students with a strong foundation of the language,” said Chin.
